Somehow with the craziness of Valentine's Day my daughter's flowers were misplaced when delivered to the Mars Hill University mailroom. The Petaler offered to give me a full refund or send her another arrangement. She received a new beautiful arrangement. They were very helpful and their communication and attention to this matter was above and beyond. I highly recommend The Petaler.

Beautiful bouquet ordered by an out of town daughter. Loved the many colored roses and the shape of the vase similar to a very large goblet was perfect. It was delivered in a very timely fashion. BTW, I still have a green houseplant arrangement from the Petaler which was gifted to me 3 or 4 years ago. Just occasional watering and trimming of some vines has kept it looking great. Who would have thought an arrangement would last that long. Definitely a great shop for floral needs.
